Yet another South Indian beauty makes it to Bollywood. After Asin Thottumkal, who stunned the nation with her power packed performance in Ghajini, it is Trisha Krishnan’s turn to toe to Bollywood. Trisha, a Tamil Iyer born in Palaghat, Kerala debuted in the Tamil movie, Leysa Leysa filmed by Priyadarshan. Her maiden venture in Hindi is also to be directed by Priyadarshan. On asking her about the Bollywood ticket, the actress said “I am not very ambitious to make it big in Bollywood. When Priyadarshan, my mentor and director of my first film came up with this offer opposite Akshay Kumar in Hindi, I could not refuse it…and why should I, it is a meaty role.”
